Each year, the Minnesota Association of Dance Teams hosts and supports a variety of events designed to recognize excellence, build community, and advance dance team across the state of Minnesota.
STUDENT CONVENTION
A day full of inspiration, growth, and dance - Each year the Minnesota Association of Dance Teams hosts this event to give athletes an opportunity to experience movement classes, classroom sessions and new in 2025 our first ever SOLO SHOWCASE!

INTERESTED IN BEING A PART OF THIS EVENT?
ALL STATE
In 2024-2025, this event showcased over 270 student-athletes. Athletes are evaluated by each style and class, representing the best of the best in our state. All athletes participating in this event are nominated and voted on by Minnesota High School Dance Team Coaches. This event is held in early March each year.
Think of this event as our version of footballs, ALL STAR GAME.
COACHES CONTINUING EDUCATION
The 2024-2025 MADT Coaches Continuing Education was held at New Prague High School. Each year this event helps dance team coaches prepare for the upcoming season. Presenters vary each session and share information on coaching, sport specific training, and more!
This event is open to ALL Dance Team Coaches, an MADT membership is not required to attend.
